This pretty town house is located in idyllic surroundings, with many small streets, full of village character.
Located in a quiet side street, parking is possible as the street, as it is mainly used by residents.

One enters the house via a large double wing, wooden door with glazed windows and as is usual in Spain, the living area is entered directly from this doorway. A bright side room that has a fountain filled with groundwater, could be used as an extension of the living space or as a dining room.

There is an open wood burner fireplace that ensures coziness during the cooler seasons.
A thoroughfare, between the living room and the kitchen, could be used as a dining room and would offer an exit to the approximately 100 m2 patio.

Petra is well -groomed town and makes an ideal starting point for hiking and cycling and also benefits from a train connection between Palma and Manacor.

Petra is 48 km from the airport and can be reached via the MA-15 motorway in about 40 minutes.
The word ‘Petra’ comes from the Mozarabic word for stone. Sandstone indeed determines the region’s landscape.
