There are 6 apartments and 5 double rooms spread over almost 1,000 square meters of living space and almost 40,000 square meters of land. All apartments have a fully equipped kitchen, living/dining area, bathroom, 1-2 bedrooms and private terrace areas. Some of the apartments are also equipped with a fireplace, which, in addition to the pellet heating, ensures pleasant warmth and coziness in the cooler winter months. All apartments and double rooms have the typical Mallorcan flair with Mallorcan stone kitchens and ceilings with visible wooden beams and some have a private garden area.

In the warm summer months, the spacious pool with surrounding terrace areas keeps one cool.

There is a spacious common room with underfloor heating, a piano, a screen, a bar, and a kitchen. This area also offers space for very different uses e.g. Seminars or Events.
On one side of the common area, there is a barbecue area with charcoal and gas grills, laundry rooms, and a spacious covered terrace. Here one has an impressive view of the extensive landscape that surrounds the property.

On the premises, you will find a 20×40 meter fenced riding arena, a 20×60 meter dressage arena, a 20-meter diameter round pen, and a trail area for horses. A riding stable for up to 40 horses with 15 boxes, which are currently used as a tack room, as well as 23 paddocks with roofs. Next to the stables, there are also two horse showers.

There are two large parking areas outside the fenced area, Mediterranean trees include (citrus fruits, pines, palm trees, and cacti) and a panoramic view of the countryside.

The Finca is very well positioned. Located in the triangle of Montuiri, Vilafranca de Bonany, and Porreres, the three original Mallorcan villages where the popular Firas regularly take place and the weekly market attracts locals and visitors alike. The island’s most beautiful beaches and the airport can be reached in 30 minutes by car.

Perched on a hilltop and surrounded by stone windmills, the medieval town of Montuiri (from the Latin meaning: mountain town) is a prime example of traditional rural Mallorca. It is located 30 kilometers east of Palma near the center of the island.

Today the village is primarily a residential area and one of the most popular in the center of Mallorca.

In Montuiri is particularly well known for good fresh produce from the region and some very tasty Mallorcan wines. The whole area is characterized by a strong agricultural tradition, so one can obtain high-quality products such as sea salt, honey, and olive oil.

Of great importance is the nearby prehistoric site ‘Son Fornes’, which dates back to 900 BC, where houses and towers can still be seen today. The Son Fornes Museum is housed in the ‘Moli des Floret’ building, a restored 18th-century grain mill.

Not far from the city are the cave dwellings ‘Son Company’ and ‘Son Comelles’, which are said to date from prehistoric times.

The most beautiful viewpoints in the area can be found at the top of the Puig de Sant Miguel mountain, where you will find the Santuari de la Bona Pau, which dates back to 1395 and stands on the site of an earlier hermitage.

One of the best golf courses in Mallorca – the championship Son Gual course is nearby.
