This finca is located between the coastal town of Portocolom and the popular golf course „Vall D’Or Golf“ on a 2100 m2 plot.

The marina waterfront offers many shops, cafes and restaurants, which are active throughout the year.
The well known Cala d´Or Golf Club is only a 10 minute drive away.
There are many sandy beaches in the vicinity and Palma is about 60 km. away, for those with cultural, historical and shopping interests.
