A special highlight is the proximity to the Nuevo Pueblo Español. This was built in 1965-1968 by Fernando Chueca Goitia. A landmark of Spanish architecture from the twentieth century. Among other things, buildings such as the Almudena Cathedral or the Prado Museum from Madrid can be seen here. The aim is to bring the Spanish architecture closer to everyone with the help of an open -air museum on 24,000 m2 area in the form of a medieval city that is surrounded by a large, medieval wall.
