This plot is located in Cala Murada – in the direction of Zona C. There are many beautiful villas in this area of the town.
At the moment it is still overgrown in a wild and romantic way but it offers space for a spacious villa with a 35 m2 pool.
In the past, up to 4 houses were built on lots of this size. According to the current regulations, only a single-family house (approx. 190 m2 of usable area – living area and veranda) is currently permitted.
A septic tank would need to be built, as this area is not yet connected to the sewage system.

Other supply options can be found in the nearby towns of Portocolom, Felanitx, Manacor and Porto Cristo.
From Cala Murada you can walk to the bays of Cales de Mallorca.
Cala Domingos Gran and Petit as well as Cala Antena can be reached with a coastal walk.
The area surrounding the town is characterised by extensive pine forests and meadows with fig, carob and almond trees.
A particularly attractive destination is the former small fishing village of Portocolom, which is equally popular with locals and tourists with its promenade on the island’s largest natural harbour and many restaurants and cafés. A hiking trail from Cala Murada via the wild Cala S’Algar takes one to the old fishing port of Portocolom between the old town and the Sa Punta peninsula.
