If you are looking for absolute peace and quiet, you find it here, in this idyllic location. The small sometimes bumpy forest path takes one from the village, past other fincas, to this small, self-sufficient rustic-style house. The village is only 1 km away.

The plot measures around 3300 sq m so, normally no house could be build, as the law in this region now requires 50,000 sq m.
However, since this building was erected in 1992 it was fully recorded in the land register. Pool construction or extensions to the house are, however, no longer possible. These restrictions are reflected in the price.
The living area is, spread over approx. 80 sq m and has laminated floors, large windows, a wood-burning stove in the living room and a wood-burning stove with hobs in the conservatory area. This is connected to the rustic, Mallorcan style kitchen by a hatch.

The villages of Biniali, Ruberts, Jornets, Ca’s Canar and Son Arrosa, all belong to this municipality and have traditional Mallorcan architecture, similar to Sencelles.

The central region of Mallorca is one of the most beautiful and varied areas of the island.
The area around Sencelles has been inhabited for thousands of years, as evidenced by numerous archaeological sites from the Talaiot period.

One reason to visit Sencelles is to see all the small villages. Few areas in Mallorca offer such a well-preserved and old Mallorcan and rural architecture.
Other interesting sights in Sencelles are the well preserved windmills and the Parròquia de Sant Pere at the entrance to the town.

Many other hiking and cycling routes start from Sencelles and it is close to the Palma-Alcúdia motorway, with the capital about 30 minutes away.
